The RIVEX Roundtable is RIVEX Advisory’s signature convening format: a private, invitation only boardroom style setting bringing together founders, executives, and risk leaders for closed door conversations on risk, leadership, and entrepreneurship. This January, Ishara is personally convening and facilitating three private boardroom roundtables in New York, each built around a distinct and rarely explored tension at the intersection of risk, leadership and entrepreneurship.

These themes are seldom, if ever, brought together in one setting, let alone examined by leaders who have lived on both sides of the risk versus opportunity divide.

Each session brings together a select group of founders, executives, and risk and governance leaders for a closed-door conversation: candid, unscripted, and free of panels, slides, or pitches. There are no sponsors, no media, and no press in the room. Every participant is personally invited or introduced; the guest list is curated, not open for purchase.

These roundtables are invitation only; you are welcome to express interest in one, two, or all three, with no limit on how many you may attend.

Founders and corporate risk leaders rarely sit at the same table. One is trained to size a bet and own the outcome personally. The other is trained to minimise variance and protect the institution. Both instincts are right, depending on the moment. Almost nobody is taught to know which one the moment calls for. These roundtables exist to close that gap, one closed door conversation at a time, bringing together perspectives that, until now, have rarely shared a room.

These are not conferences. They are private, invitation-only boardrooms — deliberately small, highly curated and designed for candid exchange. What is shared in the room stays in the room, and what you take away is something you simply won’t find elsewhere.

Boardroom roundtables, each strictly limited to 12 to 14 participants, personally facilitated, in person only — no virtual or dial in option.

Approximately 5 hours per session.

Investment
$8,000 per seat, inclusive of light lunch and refreshments, and notepad and pen provided.
Confidentiality
The Chatham House Rule applies. No recordings, transcripts, or public write ups of the discussion will be produced. What is discussed in the room stays in the room.
